Stephen C. Silverberg, Esq., the principal of our firm, graduated from Brooklyn Law School and received a Juris Doctor degree in 1970. He then obtained a Master of Laws Degree in Taxation from the New York University School of Law in 1973. Stephen is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New York. He is also admitted to the Eastern and Southern Districts of the U.S. District Courts, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. Tax Court and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Stephen C. Silverberg is a member of the New York State Bar Association and its Real Property, Estates and Trusts Committees. He is also a member of the Nassau County Bar Association and its Tax Committee, Surrogate's Court Committee and Real Property Committee. He is a frequent lecturer at professional and civic programs. Among past lectures and seminars, he participated in the following:

Stephen organized the predecessor to this firm in 1979. Our firm was formed as a professional service limited liability company in 2003. Stephen's knowledge and experience in estate and trust law, corporate law, commercial real estate, and residential real estate as well as income and estate taxation provides for our clients the ability to analyze business, estate and estate planning issues from a multi-disciplined perspective.
