We believe that timely due diligence with our clients prior to the execution of a proposed lease will pay dividends many times over in saving money and avoiding the disputes that arise upon discovery of any misrepresentations. If, however, misrepresentations have been made and discovered after the lease has been signed, it is critical to act to resolve the potential dispute as quickly as possible.
